Here are some things you can do to make sure you have a smooth measurement experience. Please note that Gress Global can only give general instructions, and all specific questions should be directed to the vendor you bought your measurement tickets from.

Guidelines for a Successful Measurement

Below are tips and instructions to help you achieve the best possible outcome for your body composition measurement.

Before the Measurement

Purchase a ticket from the online store for your desired measurement location.

You will receive an order confirmation and ticket via email. The ticket is a QR code, which you will show to the measurement device later. If you purchased more than one ticket, multiple QR codes will be delivered to you.

There is a number above each code to help you select the correct ticket - it's easiest to use the tickets in numerical order.

You can go for the measurement whenever it suits you best, within the opening hours of your chosen location.

Using the Device

When you are at the device, you can start the measurement by pressing "QR code" on the device’s screen.

Scan the code with the device and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Enter your gender, age, and height into the device. After entering this information, the device will guide you on what to do next.

Stand barefoot on the scale so that your feet touch as much of the metal contact plates as possible. Hold onto the handles as instructed on the screen. Ensure your hands are slightly moist. Stay still during the measurement.

FAQ

Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find the tickets, you can ask the owner of the measurement device to re-send you your tickets. The most common reason for this is a typo in the email address, so please check to make sure that is correct when asking them to send again.

It really helps if you make sure your hands and feet are just a little moist when starting the measurement. The measurement device uses a low electric current in order to do the measurement, so it's important your skin conducts electricity when measuring.

I can't locate the measurement device

You can contact the vendor for the exact location of the device - they will be able to help you out. Most Gress Partners also list addresses and other useful info regarding their devices on their own websites, so it makes sense to double check there as well.
